ABOUT THIS CLASS
This class is perfect for those who have never taken a flamenco dance class before with little to no dance experience, or those looking to brush up on basics. Our Level 1 class focuses on flamenco dance techniques, footwork routines, upper body placement, flamenco rhythms, and combine it with short easy-to-learn choreography. Participants will also learn the elements of flamenco music, styles, and Spanish culture.

LEVEL 2
For returning students and students with some flamenco dance experience.

ABOUT THIS CLASS
This class expands from Level 1 basics to further challenge and strengthen technique, and choreography. Great for participants who need to refresh and reinforce flamenco fundamentals without having to start entirely at the beginning. This class moves at quicker pace and is designed for intermediate participants.
You’ll work on upper body dance techniques including the core body techniques, bracesos/floreos (arms and hands), posture, turns, rhythms, and intricate footwork combinations, and put it all together with a complete choreography.
Prerequisite:
Level 2 - Students must have completed at least one semester of Level 1 with Colorado Institute of Flamenco or have equivalent introductory experience in flamenco dance.

Advanced technique, choreography, company prep, and two‑day training for serious dancers.

ABOUT THIS CLASS
Step into a deeper level of training as you discover the artistry of flamenco through advanced technique, expressive mastery, and company‑level discipline. This class is designed for dedicated dancers and aficionados with more than two years of experience who are ready to elevate their craft.
Dancers in this class are encouraged to attend both Wednesday and Saturday sessions to build the strength, confidence, and continuity needed for company-level work.
This class is ideal for dancers preparing to audition for a company, join performance groups, or elevate their flamenco training to the next level.
Prereuisite:
Level 3 - Minimum 2 years of consistent flamenco dance experience or instructor approval.

This class is designed to help students steadily improve and perfect their flamenco technique and build stamina through focused repetition of drills and simple combinations. Participants will work on refining their arms, turns, and footwork to develop greater control and precision. The curriculum is consistent across all instructors, ensuring that students can attend any class that best fits their schedule without missing essential skills.

Must have completed or are currently attending a Level 1 class.

Little Shoes Flamenco Dance for Kid!

Little Shoes is a fun and welcoming flamenco class for kids ages 6–11. Students learn rhythm, coordination, posture, and expressive movement through playful exercises, palmas, and beginner footwork. The class builds confidence, musicality, and teamwork while introducing children to the rich world of flamenco, while having fun with peers their age.
